I have a small amount of faith restored this afternoon, knowing the Federal Court of Canada has had enough sense to abruptly step in and stop the release of Jose Francisco Cardoza Quinteros, the self-admitted killer and MS-13 gang member who has been residing with relatives in Surrey since his arrival on a refugee claim.
However, what happens next will tell the tale of where our great country is headed. And the only possible resolution here is to remove this guy immediately.
Daphne Shaw Dyck is the IRB adjudicator who, in an earlier decision, felt comfortable enough with her rationale to release this man back into the community and I say she should be removed from her position immediately – along with the first person(s) who released him back in September. I’m thinking this woman must have had a lobotomy at some point in her life – missing brain tissue is the only way to explain the reasoning behind the decision that has left everyone in a state of rage and confusion. This entire debacle is why Canada’s immigration policies need to change- and quickly. How many killers, rapists, thieves etc will we let into our country before someone says NO MORE ? What could people like this possibly have to contribute to our society? Nothing. People who come crawling to our borders admitting a criminal past, or criminal association should be turned back before it gets this far.
However, they keep coming, don’t they? What, are there big billboards around the world saying ” Come to Canada, we’ll care for you no matter what your past is…” ? Is that it? The idea that Canada is a humanitarian nation is true, but realistically, I think our nations policies give the impression worldwide that we are nothing more than an open door of handouts and freedom.
No more. This needs to stop. No more criminals, no more free rides, no more bullshit. Send all the criminals and freeloaders back to whatever country they crawled in from. We have enough on our Canadian plate to handle without letting in more.
I say : ”Get the hell out, and go back to face whatever consequences you might have to – these doors are closing.”

1. You wonder why the judges and ‘cats in the fed gov’t are wet noodles when facing these hard criminals. One has to pause and ask if the unspoken, but well known question, to each decision maker is ‘do you love your family’??
2. No there are no billboards worldwide, but $0.025 long distance easily spreads the message to friends back home that the Cdn system is ripe for the picking.
