U.N. tells Vancouver/Victoria,to ” Close safe injection site and stop crack pipe distribution”

Seems the U.N.  is thinking along the way I do. Time to stop doing WHAT ISNT  WORKING, and try something new. Apparently Sam Sullivan knows more than the U.N. does…..because he doesnt agree. This from the man who helped a hooker and an addict purchase drugs…..
